1. Calendar days will be calculated.
2. Tariff may vary on tour packages and regular customers.
3. Tariff are subjected to change with prior notice.
4. Hills charges, inter-state permit, toll & parking charges may vary trip to trip.
5. Speed limits as per Traffic Rules & Passenger limits / Luggage limit as per RTO norms.
6. Guests are requested to bear the cost if any damages caused by them.
7. The Company and its drivers have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger.

9. We will take care of every guest but we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property left in the vehicle or after the hire period.
10. All Vehicles are serviced and maintained at the authorised and company service centres however in the unfortunate event of breakdown Arsh Cabs cannot be held responsible.
11. As much as earlier booking might be rendered the best service.
12. Minimum 10% advance required for tour packages.
13. Hotels tariff may change at anytime so we're not responsible for that.
14. Cancellation can be done at anytime before starting the trip.
15. Any type of complaints related to vehicles and drivers will be rectified immediately.
16. Guest comfort and safety is our priority.
17. Airconditioner will not used in hilly areas.
18. Fair may increase at the time traffic in hilly areas while travelling.
19.Kilometers and time will be Calculated from Madurai Sed to Madurai Sed
20.Payment Shall we paid Gpay,Phone Pay or any Other UPI Mode and Company Account Only.
